Meet Colleen Greene, a player at CoreLife Eatery in New Hartford! You may recognize her as the person who takes your order and starts making your favorite bowl.

Colleen Greene starts her day at 9:30 am, prepping the restaurant with all of the fresh ingredients, dressings and greens. She makes sure all of the coolers are stocked for the busy day ahead and then the fun starts at 11 am – helping customers build their perfect bowls!
Fun, friendly, and efficient. That’s how Colleen describes CoreLife Eatery. Her first impression was that she liked the concept of healthy food made fast! Colleen has been working at CoreLife Eatery since the day it opened and she loves that everything is made in house and the dressings are all made from scratch. Colleen loves serving customers “feel good” food made with fresh, clean ingredients with no preservatives.
Colleen believes that CoreLife Eatery and its mission to serve healthy, fresh foods is a reminder everyday of how important the food that fuels you impacts your lifestyle!
Colleen, 34, is married and is a mother to two daughters, Julia and Shelby. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, biking and cooking.
